Brown, McCormick rinks ready for Continental Cup |

2008 U.S. National Champions Craig Brown and Debbie McCormick, both of the Madison Curling Club, will lead their teams at the 2008 Continental Cup of Curling Dec. 18-21 in Camrose, Alberta, as part of Team North America. They will be joined by four teams from Canada skipped by Kevin Martin, Jennifer Jones, Kevin Koe and Stefanie Lawton. Team Europe will be led by skips Anette Norberg of Sweden, David Murdoch of Scotland, China's Bingyu Wang and Fengchun Wang, as well as Switzerland's Mirjam Ott and Norway's Thomas Ulsrud. This is the sixth edition of the Continental Cup, similar to golf's Ryder Cup, featuring team, skins, mixed and doubles competition. |
